Ultraviolet Polarised Ice and Alpine Willow Leaves

In some respects, using UV is quite similar to visible light photography. Thus, the old trick of bringing out the colours of ice by using polarizers works equally well in the UV range. The colour palette, however, is more restricted and exposures tend to be very long indeed.
